Let’s Talk About It! You receive a 2-year conditional green card from USCIS and now it’s time to have the conditions removed, BUT you’re now divorced or on your way to being divorced. You DO have options, and if done the right way, you can still have your conditions removed and get your 10-year green card! 1. Hi, how ru please suggest, I got a conditional green card 2008 and before 2 years she took divorce and that time (2010) I was out of USA.
    my conditional card is
expired and it’s lost now. I have social security card, ID card, and driving card can I apply for a USA visa or can travel to USA ?

  2. Both parties of a Married Couple have started other Physical & Emotional Relationships. Wouldn’t this be cause for Marital Fraud? Wouldn’t the Marriage need to be dissolved first, in order to avoid Marital Fraud? I just witnessed something yesterday, and it blew my mind knowing that the reason for the Visa was that Joined Union. I am very empathetic towards Immigration. But if One applies for Citizenship based on the Right via Marital Union, doesn’t cheating warrant Denial?
