Both parties of a Married Couple have started other Physical & Emotional Relationships. Wouldn’t this be cause for Marital Fraud? Wouldn’t the Marriage need to be dissolved first, in order to avoid Marital Fraud? I just witnessed something yesterday, and it blew my mind knowing that the reason for the Visa was that Joined Union. I am very empathetic towards Immigration. But if One applies for Citizenship based on the Right via Marital Union, doesn’t cheating warrant Denial?
