The psychiatrists mention of a hold up before getting started helped give a good impression of an oriented meeting so to speak. The corny surprise ending was was unanticipated.
Great skit – but ending fell a little flat.

Something similar happened to me one time, walked into a dealership to inquire about a car and the owner inside was on the phone when I walked in which it escalated and he threatened to fight someone after what sounded like they threatened him. Ended with him telling them he would be over there later LOL
