Defendant collapses in court after guilty verdict

Diana Lovejoy collapsed in a California courtroom Monday after she was convicted in what authorities call a botched murder-for-hire plot targeting her now-ex-husband, who was shot in September 2016 but survived.

  1. I had a similar reaction with a woman when we had dinner and I told her at the end of the night I wasn’t feeling it and wanted to split the check.

  2. whoever that lady in the audience that was crying should have been crying for her ex-husband being shot

  3. She’ll still never top the Arizona defendant who secretly swallowed cyanide pills the instant he heard a guilty verdict.
    Now, THAT was a good show for the courtroom. Go look it up.

  4. its funny the gunman took a crap in the bushes and thats how they traced him. thats what he gets for messing with man named greg.

  5. i just thought of a great saying, might even make an awesome bumper sticker…. "Don’t do the crime, if you can’t do the time".

  6. We are all praying that she is doing okay and that the doctors helped with this medical situation. JESUS SAVES!!!

  7. This poor woman. Her lawyer betrayed her, the police failed her, and no one helped her protect her kids. And, she supported her abusive husband while having a debilitating illness. A prayer.

  8. I feel for the ones that witnessed this issue – but, if she genuinely killed someone who most likely never did anything to her, I don’t feel a thing for her.
