  1. How can the wife who’s not on the deed of the house put a Lis Pendens for pre-foreclosure and there’s not debt against the house? Husband and wife divorced. Husband now is forced to sell but do we need to go through the wife even though she’s not on the deed to remove the Lis Pendens? Can the husband sell without her permission? Does he need to give her anything after the sell? I’m an investor and want to buy the house
