Do I have to pay my spouse’s attorney fees in divorce?

1. In my case my wife whom I am seperated from, is an alcoholic. She has refused to take an alcohol assessment and hair follicle test for 5 months. This is dragging out our custody dispute. Costing me thousands. Could she be ordered to pay these ongoing expenses
