Cowboy it’s not Bullet time lol… It’s just slow motion
each character has different one
Franklin is the Driver so he gets slow motion
Michael the marksman so he gets bullet time
Trevor is the crazy one so he gets Rag making it so he get give more damage and take less damage.

The one hybrid car that looks like a Lotus Elise is sooo fucking great. It’s absolutely noiseless, the only thing you hear are the tires on the pavement. And it’s extremely fast too mah nigguhs!
He just calling it bullet time because GTA got the slow motion idea from Max Payne and since it was called bullet time in that, he’s use to calling it that.
Ok but… Max Payne wasn’t the first game that had Bullet Time
