Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for Menopause – My Experience
Suffering from the symptoms of menopause? Hot flashes, night sweats, and that oh so annoying brain fog? Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has helped me immensely, so I’m answering some of the most common questions about it plus sharing my personal experience on HRT.
If you have questions about HRT and weight loss, side effects of HRT, the difference between the patch and progesterone pills, or anything in between, I’m going to answer them for you! As women over 50, we have to have this conversation with each other, and most importantly our doctors. I hope this video is helpful in answering your questions and preparing you for a conversation about HRT with your doctor.

If you up your dosage to at least .1 mg on the patch, the hot flashes will go away (in my experience).
Hi I just found your page and subscribed. I’m 49 and just starting to feel hot flashes and changes in my body. I still get my period but it’s changing. When is the earliest doctors prescribe hormone therapy? Also do you have the link to the midlife specialist you mentioned? Thank you for your help.
Try flaxseed supplements for hot flashes it works like magic
We women in menopause or perimenopause should not be scared of hormones we used to make them at one time why would you be afraid of them to replace what you lost it makes no sense to me.
I have started the pellets and it’s been amazing! What is horrible is that insurance will not cover it.
Nahms? Is that the website?
