If you and your ex-spouse can’t agree how to split your house and money, what happens? What factors will a court consider? Is there a presumption that the mother will normally get the children and, therefore, normally, get the house? How is any court enforced if one side doesn’t cooperate? Let me tell you the truth if a man has children. The house, children, land, furniture, dog goes to her. The money she has to give you will be taken by your attorney. The alimony the judge says you have to pay will come from home equity if you have it. The judge will make you buy her a life insurance policy because you may kill yourself when you see you walk away with nothing and no place to live. Your kids are alienated from you. The only solution – don’t sign a marriage contract that puts you in that position. It’s a bad deal for men – great for her.
I went through a lot of financial crisis after my divorce, I had to raise my two kids alone, Currently I’m living smart and frugal with my money. Bought my second house already. Saving and investing lifestyle in the financial market made it possible for me; even till now I earn monthly through passive income. I’m planning on retiring when my kids finish college..

How I got my husband back and make everything right again.
My husband and I were separated for a year and two months. I want to reconcile but he doesn’t seem to want it. He doesn’t answer my text, emails, or phone calls. I don’t know if I should go up there and try to talk to him again or just give him what he wants: divorce. Like I said I don’t want that and I’ve prayed and tried to reconcile but nothing from him just silence. Since I left he has been arrested, doing drugs and looking at porn. There was also evidence that he might be doing more. I found condoms, blood on his sheets, and found what looks like sex toys!
