  1. Haha why does everything motivational feel like gaslighting when you’re depressed, especially when you’re poor and can’t afford therapy lol

  2. 3:08 What’s the magic 🪄 in CBT which causes Change in all my Negative Situation, Laziness etc – Change in Thought or Perspective 4:00 Put Things at right place & do all chores of Cleaning 🧹 House , washing Clothes ,Taking Bath , Washing Utensils on time

  3. I have CBT because of my autism, and my last behavioral theapist was really bad and would hardly make any effort to communicate. im getting a new behavioral therapist soon, how do i begin to trust her after my last behavioral therapist, and how do i know she’ll help me?

  4. To be totally honest I’ve been looking for therapeutic ways to help my cognitive dysfunction. I don’t think this would help but it’s worth a try, I can’t take pills because they make my mental state worse, I’m allergic to most forms of pills that set to help my mental state, I constantly get told “what’s wrong with you” or “your just lazy” I’ve been given up on, I’ve been pushed against a wall, it’s very hard, believe me I want to give up on myself but I always repeat a mantra to myself “you’ve gotten this far, and it doesn’t shape you, you have so much farther to go than to sit down and let yourself go” I just want to be seen as a human being and not what mistakes I have made, all I wish is not to be left for dead and given up on, but I don’t blame anyone because maybe I am an asshole or crazy but no one ever asks “what happened” they only blame me for the things I can’t control.

And the worst part is people are scared of me, and I don’t know why, they treat me as though I’m a monster, all because of the cards I was dealt, I don’t want to hurt anyone I just want help.

  5. I feel like no matter how hard I try I just can’t be confident in myself when I’m sober. I would really love for my family and to be able to see me change for the better or at least give it my all trying.

  6. Here’s a lightheart joke for y’all:

Why is it called cbt? Cause it’s a ball buster for self destructive impulses. Ba-dum tss.

  7. DONT TELL PEOPLE TO DO THERAPY BECAUSE YOU WANT THEM TO BE WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO BE

AT THAT POINT YOUR MANIPULATING THEM PASSIVELY

AND NOW YOU NEED TO SEEK GOD AND THERAPY FOR YOUR HABITUAL MENTAL ATTACKING.

  8. Does this work for a borderline/EUPD? As an associate underwent CBT and after 4 sessions the ‘therepist’ blamed the patient for not making any progress improvements.

  9. I now believe diabetes can be cured permanently, thank you Dr Igudia on YouTube who cured my Type 2 diabetes with his natural herbs supplements.

  10. How Does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Work? Do you know what gaslighting is? Have you ever thought about doing it to yourself?

  11. wish I didn’t have much of an appetite, lol, but then, I’ve not actually been diagnosed with a mental illness–you’d think all this is just normal human reaction that happens all the time (which is what many of us see in this world)

  12. I’m happy I’m finally cured from herpes, all thanks to Dr. Ikpoko on his YouTube channel for curing me with his herbal products.

  13. My experience w CBT made me more bitter and depressed and isolated. Was torture. Not a fan. It’s time I’ll never get back. Obviously didn’t cure my negative thoughts either. Yet it continues everywhere I go and everyone who visits. I’ll stop my comments here.

  14. WOW! So just "Think better!" Why didn’t I think of that?!!

Holy shit, I’m cured! Thank you so much Psych hub! 20 years of mental anguish all down to "Think better."

    What a joke.

  15. CHANGE YOUR THINKING TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. SAY YOURSELF, I WILL LIVE A GREAT LIFE AND YOU WILL LIVE A GREAT LIFE.
