  1. great tips, thanks for sharing. question, if both married for 20 plus years, and one going to retired, does the other person still working full time will need to pay for the retired person? retired person income is much lower.

  2. I’m not sure that works anymore, I believe this can be disputed based on the spouse feeling pressured into signing. Obviously the spouse would have to prove such, which will lengthen the divorce, which can be very expensive.
