39. सर अगर पति ने सेक्शन 9 का दावा कर रखा है ओर पत्नी ने घर वालो के दबाव में आकर एकतरफा तलाक डाल दिया है जिसकी शादी का रजिस्ट्रेशन 22/2/2021 को हुआ है जबकि लड़के ओर लड़की ने अपनी मर्जी से शादी की थी लेकिन ओर दावा 10 जून को डाला गया है जबकि पत्नी पर मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट है जो उसके घर वालो ने पति के घर से चोरी करवा लिए है तो कोर्ट किसके पक्ष में फैसला देगी

43. As long as I believe to take 5 to 10 years for divorce contested divorce is too long that’s the region men are committed suit in most cases. I saw the records. Indian divorce law is just wasting of the life of two persons.
