    I have a friend who’s wife is suffering from mental health issues. Sometimes she gets violent even bites my friend. All time she was doubting my friend as he is having lots of affairs. Last 10yrs he is going through this pain. Now things are unbearable for him. Can you please help us? As u mentioned the 3rd method …we like to know if it’s applicable for my friend. 31. I have already filed a case of Divorce against my wife on the grounds of mental cruelty under HMA SECTION 13.after a period of 6 years from our marriage .
    It is proved & also deposed by the concerned Dr.who was giving medical treatment to my wife,deposed in civil court as well as in the Family court that my wife is suffering from some noncurable but treatable,mental illness (paranoid psychosis)since earlier to our marriage.
    Can now I file another case under HMA section 12 for marriage Null and void in the same civil court or another Family court.
    My advocate is not firm regarding the law rulling.
    Our marital sexual relationship took place once only through out our relationship that’s after a period of say about one year after our marriage.

42. Hello sir . Meri didi ki shadi 2012 me hui thi. Unki ek beti hui 2014 me. But 2014 me unk husband ne unhe chord diya or kisi or se shadi krli. Didi ne case file kiya divorce k liye but unk husband ne dene se mana kar diya. Ab 6 sal se wo gayab h. Or didi kuch kar nhi pa rahi. Toh what’s d solution? That man has also left his family.
