I served over three thousand papers over 24 years, and ran into a handful of idiots like this. What do they think… that they can avoid litigation by being assholes?

I’ve been a process server for many years and I don’t toss papers unless they are evading. I would have tried to hand them over and if the party refused, I would drop them on the ground and inform them they were served. I have also put them under the wiper on the windshield, but it’s better to drop them because you don’t want any complaints that you messed up their wiper blade.
I can prove in court that Butler Law has a small dick.

Look man if you want a better outcome hand papers to people next time I just approach him with the report like if they were your brother or sister. If they get hostile just take one little step back and be like I’m doing this for my family
I’m a paralegal and although I haven’t had to do this, my state does allow service of process via FedEx. So when I worked in domestic litigation and someone wanted to sue their long estranged wife for divorce, our office got a fiery phone call from her when the envelope arrived.
