Guardians P KIrk McCarty pitched especially awful last night!!! His stats for the game: 4 IP 8 H 5 R 4 ER 0 BB 3 HR 2 K ERA 10.29. Very unsatisfactory. I hope Mgr. Terry Francona doesn’t call McCarty up from AAA anytime soon. He needs to improve in his pitching mechanics down in AAA. The only bright spot for Cleveland last night, Rookie RF Oscar Gonzales continues hitting well with RISP.
These PPD – Rain Outs are killing the Guardians and their Home Games. The day after a rain out, it usually results in a loss and or bad performance by the Cleveland’s starting P. 🙁
