I stopped visits when I found out he was using drugs in 2009. He’s called maybe 3 times a year since and has’nt called since june 2010. He is homeless, and just lost another job. He refuses to pay support or medical. When I finally sued him for custody beginning of last year, he is fighting it. He refused the hair folicle drug test so we shall see tomorrow.
