I think judges need to learn about what npd, and what antisocial personality disorder as well, looks like for a target in day to day life. And how they can be very cool, collected and charming, friendly. Because there is a difference between reading a clinical view of these disorders, especially narcissist personality, and what it looks like for other people on the recieving end of the abuse. Yes it is abuse when they target people. And false allegations are also quite typical for a cluster b personality, particularly narcissists. This is for the sake and safety, and the lives of the child/children. Also, to curb abuse of the court system and the other parent.

To the point where he almost forced me and our children on the street (he controls all our finances, typical NPD/BPD malel) When I reach out for help even from his family (who are also abused in ways by him) he threatens thing like calling immigration on his sisters husband. They can also be pathological liars and tell no shred of truth this is what I’m up against conjugal abuse were victims of abuse and unfortunately the kids have been put in the middle by the other parent unfortunately I’m glad there’s a restraining order. It’s a matter of control and bullying and intimidation tactics I figured it out awhile ago I became the better person yelling at my computer and swearing at the audios of him to get my anger out in a productive way and not loose in court. In my case there’s no co parenting only parrarell parenting I strongly feel they have to look into this more when the other parent is causing emotional abuse and physical I’m trying to get the children help and I’m in counseling. I have no contact with him there’s a pattern of abuse. More of an update have any advice on going to trial and parenting alienating and brainwashing I’m curious this is what I’m up against since the beginning.

If your a father and your divorcing a female narcissist, get ready, your going to lose your house, land, savings, retirement, children and everything you own. You will because she has the power of being the mother with custody. No judge on this planet will make it fair to the father. Its not the conflict, its the abuse the children go through, the torture, the hitting, the fear they instill, the hurtful words, the isolated them in a room for days on end with no human contact like a prisoner, Not letting them brush their teeth etc. The abuse is horrific nightmare.
