  1. 4 months and 20 days from start to finish and $979 total. i did this with no lawyer and did all paperwork minus the filing by myself. here my timeline

    1.) $129 paid for a online service to draw up uncontested papers( you can use it for contested aswell) Dec 15
    2.) $211 paid to file. Dec 20
    3.) $50 paid for private process server. served jan 12
    4.) $89 paid for online parenting class( required if divorcing with minor children)
    5.) temporary hearing, Feb 5, mesiation was required after
    6.) mediation at @ $200 per hour. total $500. MAR 9
    7.) final hearing may4th
