Not 1 time has she mentioned the defendant’s name & what he did wrong.
Hell, he even looked like – "who tf is she talking about?"
Not sure how much more I can take from her mundane opening.

Doc thought RJR owned the trailer park company. They didn’t own a trailer house. He wanted Robert and Jackie dead, but killed Mrs Cobb by mistake.
He could be convicted on the contents in his dryer which were very suspect (bent knife and camo mask with orange fibres)… but the police can definitely be criticised for singling him out and not researching other suspects.
This defense attorney is a regular Perry Mason. He is prepared, precise, articulate, he really knows his stuff; good job!!!
Murder is not a rational act. The bullets in the victims were found in the defendant’s home and the gun used in the murder. The clothing on the videos were found in his mobile home as well. He is a chiropractor living 8n a mobile home. Maybe he was just p*ssed because he had to sign a dog contract or maybe he didn’t like the way they cleared the snow that he used to do. Pay attention to the evidence as presented. I’m a former defense attorney after being a federal prosecutor.

This is going to be a very interesting trial…from the opening statements the state is going to have to go all out to prove there case… with this video in my opinion there has to be a motive my reasoning would be the crime was to horrific the victims attack was so vicious so many wounds , so much blood and 2 different weapons someone would have to have so much hatred for that to happen…in my opinion they may have the wrong man I’ll have to see this trial thru to see if this man did this…

I want to hear that his footprints was there in the blood and all over the crime scene. How about his jacket? Was the jacket covered in blood? How about his clothes? The truck with blood all over the pedals? Did he receive cuts from all of the stabbings? The same deputy that he serviced just happen to be near? Any of the victim’s dna found on this person?

He doesn’t seem to act like someone who’s been wrongly accused tho unique compared to all other cases. It’s baffling yet if true, it’s amazing and like a hole in one.
The wife set it all up this man has no connection to any of these people I think the wife went to him and that trailer park ask him to murder her husband and those people to make it look like she had nothing to do with it they set it up that way the wife knew that the husband was messing around for 14 years and the wife decided to get rid of him the wife is a old 55 she’s not taking care of herself he saw something else that he likes he’s been having an affair for 14 years so I’m pretty sure that the wife was a sugar mama and she got rid of him you guys listen when somebody stabs you instead of shooting you that’s personal why didn’t he just shoot everybody he shot everybody but the husband he stabbed him so that lets me know that it was personal amen arrest the wife and the wife is still working in that place where her husband died like who would do that what wife would stay in that place

This defense attorney is worth is weight in gold! I saw an hour and a half for this segment said I’ll skip most of it and was riveted to him the entire time score 1 for the underdog with this guy on your side

Based on critique of Statements, Defense’s pointed out no intent for motive, repeated incompetence of mult agencies re: legally/procedurally, MULT other POI with motive, etc. IMO there will be an acquittal IF these critical strategies are present throughout entire case🤔Definitely impactful Opening Statement

It seems he went well prepared, fully dressed, hooded and covered properly to minimise dna evidence being left, wonder if he was inspired from any past cases where such head to toe was covered in clothing, hood, gloves, etc?

The lawyer at the beginning, the pretty extremely young woman was excellent, she’s new at this, one can tell but, she’s very good at it, she’s a great actress which always makes for a great lawyer, you go girl, you’re going far.
So why didn’t the defense bring any of these alternate suspects to testify?
